Managing Partner

Trained with Robb Ferguson and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1986, assumed as a partner in 1988. Lead adviser to a portfolio of general practice clients and a Registered Auditor.

Graham Cantlay CA

Partner

Qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2003 and became a partner in 2008. Advises clients from sole traders to multi-site companies, and is a Registered Auditor.

Janice Alexander CA

Partner

Registered Auditor who heads the firm's audit department and is responsible for compliance with technical accounting and auditing standards.

David Murphy CA

Partner

Specialises in accounting compliance for owner-managed businesses, with experience in transaction and corporate advisory work.

Michael Yule

Director

Chartered Accountant involved in managing the firm's audit department and co-ordinating audit assignments across a range of sectors.

Tax Director

Joined the firm in 2024 after tax partner roles in three prominent firms, advising on reorganisations, business sales, valuations and succession.

Richard Patterson CA

Director

Qualified in 1992 and leads new business development, talent acquisition and internal process development alongside a client portfolio.
